PreK – 2nd Grade
The farm is a great place to appreciate every harvest. Most kids never get a chance to experience life on the farm, so we celebrate with bountiful fun as the students take a hayride and learn about all the activities that take place on the farm, while learning historical facts about the life of pioneers and our heritage.
Discover the creative learning stations students where can learn about all the different types of farm activities below!
- Enjoy an adventurous hayride and sing songs through our 15-acre park themed to appreciate the beauty of fall on the farm, and gather a mini personal pumpkin (seasonal availability).
- Make a scientific pumpkin to take home.
- Discuss the history of the campfire while taking an imaginary ride with our teachers on a wagon train. Make and eat your own s’mores, too!
- Learn about the crops we grow and the role scarecrows play on the farm while building a scarecrow.
